Delivery Policy

UAE delivery

Orders confirmed for delivery within the UAE are normally delivered within 24 hours, subject to stock availability, address confirmation, payment approval and access to the recipient.

Gulf delivery

Eligible orders to GCC countries are normally delivered within 48 hours using temperature-controlled, chilled delivery. Actual timing may vary by customs, carrier schedules, destination and local clearance requirements.

Cold-chain handling

Products that require refrigeration are packed and transported using appropriate chilled handling. Please receive the parcel promptly and follow the storage instructions on the product label. Do not use a product if the packaging is damaged, the seal is broken or the required temperature conditions may not have been maintained; contact us immediately.

Authenticity and product checks

We supply 100% authentic products sourced through our approved supply channels. Please check the product name, batch number, expiry date, seal and packaging when your order arrives.

Delays and failed delivery

Delivery windows are estimates, not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, public holidays, incomplete addresses or the recipient being unavailable. We will contact you to reschedule where possible.
