Returns & Refunds Policy

Because many of our products are healthcare items and may require temperature-controlled storage, returns are handled carefully to protect product safety and integrity.
When a return may be accepted
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if an item is damaged on arrival, incorrect, tampered with, expired, or there is a credible cold-chain concern. Keep the product, packaging, batch and expiry information, and send clear photographs. We will review the case and arrange the appropriate remedy where applicable.
Products that cannot be returned
For safety reasons, products cannot be returned or resold after opening, use, removal of the seal, improper storage, loss of required refrigeration, or handling outside the labelled conditions. We cannot accept a return simply because a sealed healthcare product is no longer wanted where safety or cold-chain integrity cannot be verified.
Refunds and replacements
After inspection, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method, or a replacement may be offered where appropriate. Delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error or a verified product defect. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
Authenticity
All products supplied by Laverne Health are represented as 100% authentic and should be checked against the label, batch and expiry details on receipt.
